Renovated and designed a 1,200 sq. ft. two-story historic "Sears Home" utilizing the design process for a family of three (two adults & one newborn). The renovation included the kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry area. Storage was incorporated with large closets in the bedrooms, a coat closet downstairs, and a linen closet in the hall bathroom.
