The design, inspired by Southern charm, emphasizes practicality and aims to be a civic landmark. The building caters to a diverse range of users, with distinct color palettes distinguishing commercial and residential spaces. Natural light floods communal areas and apartments, fostering well-being and connection to the surroundings. The design prioritizes cultivating a sense of community and belonging, envisioning the building as a place for chance encounters and shared experiences. Ultimately, it seeks to embody the welcoming and authentic spirit of Statesboro, becoming a beacon of urban harmony in the downtown area.
